La banda neoyorquina regresa con su quinto disco (Cool It Down), tras el silencio discográfico de nueve años que siguió a Mosquito (2013). A pesar del tiempo transcurrido, el nuevo álbum solo dura 32 minutos.
Karen O, Brian Chase y Nick Zinner han roto el silencio con «Sppinting Off the Edge of the World«, pieza que trata sobre el cambio climático en el planeta, y en la cual cuentan con la especial participación de Perfume Genius.
La canción viene acompañada por un magnífico vídeo dirigido por Cody Critcheloe, con producción de Megan Mantia, dirección de fotografía de Alex Gvojic, maquillaje de Nick Lennon, y dirección de arte de Amelia Reeves.
