El lanzamiento del noveno disco en estudio fue realizado el 18 de mayo y ese mismo día vio la luz el primer single, «The Narcissist«, acompañado por un Visualizer dirigido por Fons Schiedon, con dirección creativa de Undercard Studio
Este retorno después de 8 años de publicado el anterior trabajo, The Magic Whip (2015), viene acompañado por un extenso tour que llevará a Blur a varios países de Suramérica, Europa (incluido el Primavera Sound en Barcelona y Madrid), Norteamérica y también Japón.
