Damon Albarn – Go Back (Tributo a Tony Allen en los AIM Awards 2020)
El polifacético y muy talentoso músico inglés Damon Albarn (Blur, Gorillaz), realizó un magnífico tributo al gran baterista nigeriano co-creador del afro beat, Tony Allen, fallecido durante este año 2020.
Allen fue parte del proyecto The Bad, The Good & The Queen, junto a Albarn, Paul Simonon y Simon Tong, así como Rocket From the Juice, otro proyecto liderado por Albarn.
El tema fue grabado el 12 de agosto en Studio 13 para los AIM Independent Music Awards.
Acompañan a Albarn, Seye Adelekan, Remi Kabaka Jr y Simon Tong.
